Here, I have given only a high-level process. You have to enquire and get more details from the immigration lawyers.
Family Reunification -- The process to get a Dependent TRC decision letter before applying for a Dependent Visa.
The dependent visa will be applied for later.
Use case: His Spouse works in India and wants the same in Poland from day one. So, she needs TRC to apply for a Job.
India Poland embassy documents:
1. Spouse Passport copy attestation by the Polish Consulate in India.
2. Lawyer power of attorney signature attestation in Polish Consulate in India
3. Husband power of attorney signature attestation in the Polish Consulate in India
4. TRC application Candidate Signature page attestation.
These four documents are attestation from the Polish Consulate in India.
For each document, around 2000 to 3000 INR will be charged by the Polish Consulate.
No appointment is required in the Polish Consulate. But they will give the attested documents after one week. However, we need to align with the Consulate via email if they can provide the attestation on the same day.
DHL, Blue Dart and some other courier services have an option to send to our address.
Once we receive these four attested documents, we need to send them to Poland.
In Poland, an immigration lawyer will start the rest of the process.
1. Four attested documents by the Polish Consulate in India.
2. A Poland immigration lawyer will apply for TRC and will receive the decision letter
3. Once the TRC decision letter is received, apply for a dependent visa in India.
4. Once the Visa is received, come to Poland and give Biometrics to get a TRC physical card.
This process is more costly than the regular dependent TRC process. But in this process, we are saving 6 to 8 months of waiting time to get the TRC decision letter. In these 6 to 8 month’s time, the dependent can work in India. Once you have landed in Poland, it may take 1 to 2 months to receive a TRC card.
Apart from the above documents, you have proven about your relationship with your spouse. i.e Marriage photos, etc..
Definition of sponsor and family members
foreigner who resides in Poland:
• based on permanent residence permit;
• based on long-term resident’s EU residence permit;

What do you mean by passport attestation??
It's a kind of embassy certification that the original passport has been verified and provides us with a copy to use in Poland during the TRC application without the person's physical presence.
Indian passport attestation at the Poland Embassy, Mumbai office can be done in two ways.
1. Personally visit the office in Mumbai – Not sure if an appointment is required or not.
2. By courier without visiting the office.
Query: What is the procedure for passport attestation at the Polish embassy in India, and what is the procedure for applying for a decision?
Answer: Passport attestation: The Polish embassy charges 10,000 INR, and the TRC process is the same. In each case, we need the marriage certificate apostle and translated into Polish, the child's birth certificate apostle and translated into Polish, insurance, and the name in the rent agreement.
Query: But what is the process for sending documents to the Polish embassy? Is there some other portal to apply? Can I simply send my parent's passport to the Polish embassy for attestation?
Answer: You need to go there and submit the passport. There is no online portal to send the documents. They will give you a date to collect the documents back.
This option works only for spouses and children. You can apply only for them. In the case of parents, this option doesn't work.
