I got an employment offer in Poland, but I don’t know anything about it or anyone there. How can I familiarize myself with everything about Poland?

1.      First, information from my website. You also have a chat option and an email option to ask anything.

2.      Indian communities and associations. As far as I know, every Indian State has an association here in Poland. Every association has websites, so you can connect with them.

3.      LinkedIn and Facebook: These two social media apps connect new people in any country.



1. Rental Agreement -- Flat Owner will give.

2. Address Registration - Go to the AREA TOWNHALL with the Passport and Rental Agreement and pay 17 PLN.

3. PESEL number – Go to the AREA TOWNHALL with the Passport.

4. Trusted profile – You can create an Online Bank account. If there is any mismatch in Name, Go to the AREA TOWNHALL with the Passport.

5. ZUS – Employer will provide. It will be created by default and associated with your PESEL number.

6. Medicover or Lux Med Hospital – Based on your Company-provided medical insurance.

7. Bus cum Tram Card – Go to a nearby Bus stand to get the monthly Bus and Tram Pass.

8. Google Pay: India GPay won't work in Poland. PhonePay works here.

9. Cycle Purchase: In Summer, we can ride the cycle in Poland. 1300 to 2000 PLN we have to spend for Cycle. Second-hand cycles are also available in OLX, FB and WA groups.

10. Winter Jerkins and Spring Jerkins: In Poland, we should purchase two types of Jerkins.

Based on your rental agreement period.

We have to apply every year for the next year's benefit.

14. The “Family Care Capital” benefit of PLN 12 thousand for the second and subsequent children aged 12-35 months.

15. Wise, Revolut, and many other Apps set up (anyone app) for "PLN to INR" Money transfers.

  3. Multisport card - enrollment (Gym/Swimming)

  5. Unlimited - Cinema City Card (Optional) - 35 PLN per month, but for the first time, we have to take it for three months.

  6. Cycle for Summer - Check-in FB or Olx for a second-hand cycle. For a better cycle of approx. 500 PLN, we need to invest. Cycling in the summer will bring more joy in Europe.

Opening Bank Account: (By February 2024)

Bring with PASSPORT.

Open a “Physical Bank Account” in a nearby location.

Reputed Bank Names: Bank Polski, Bank Pekao, SANTANDER, Millennium, ING, BNP Paribas, mBank, ALIOR etc. (Preference: SANTANDER, Because English speaking person is always available & Nothing is required to open a Bank Account except a Passport)

By default, a Current Account (0% interest) is available for all in Poland.

●       Every month, Minimum 500 PLN Deposit & Minimum 1 ATM/ Blik Transaction is mandatory (for SANTANDER Bank), if not then 6 PLN fine.

●       Every month, Minimum 350 PLN Card (Swipe/ Shopping) Transaction is mandatory (for mBank), if not then 7 PLN fine.

●       After getting the PESEL Number again go to the bank and give the PESEL Number for Creating a Trusted Profile.


Medical Test:

Visit the location for the medical test. Generally, in the below location.
