1. Click e-tax office - log in

2. Log in via trusted profile ( Profil Zaufany)

3. Click Trusted Profile (there will be other banks through which you can log in)

4. I will show on my example and log in through Millennium

5. after logging in, the page will appear like this

6. Click – Twój e-PIT

7. Click – PL- you can change to EN

8. Next click – Download UPO

9. Finally – you have UPO

Question:

In PIT-37 me and my wife have different city names so when I went to renew my Karta KRAKOWSKA they are telling you are staying in different city. How do I get the address get corrected?

Login to podatki.pl  IF you trusted profile there, you can change the address yourself.
