When recharging the monthly tram card in the machine, you must select a Full Fare. Do not select Reduced at any time.

Example: Every month, you select Full Fare and pay 90 PLN. But this time, it shows 158 PLN. If you select Reduced, then it shows 90 PLN. This means that you need to submit your UPO or PIT 37 documents. Do not select Reduced at any time. If you select and recharge the card, when the ticket collector comes, they will find out the mistake and give you a ticket for 200 PLN or more.

Every bus and tram stop has this “Ticket machine” that takes tickets using cash or a card.

How to take a ticket:

What is the difference between this normal and reduced?

Reduced: students and Senior citizens

The rest of the people must take a Normal ticket.

Experience: I was fined 143 PLN by mistake when I took the reduced ticket instead of Normal.

How to find Zone II in the Jakdojade Mobile App: Look for II or III on the left side of the stop name. Rest everything, Zone I.

Usaally we purchse Zone I monhly card. So whenever we travel to Zone II, like Krakow Airport or Krakow Factory, we have to take a ticket even for one stop.
