No Objection Certificate Regarding Travel To Poland
I am applying for a dependent visa for my wife and minor daughter. What is a notarized certificate? Is it in a specific format, Or it’s just a signed form?
If you and your wife are both travelling with your daughter, then there is no need for any such document.
But if you are not travelling with your wife and daughter, then you need to get a notarized document from a lawyer here that states that you are currently residing in Poland and won't be travelling with your minor daughter/son. She/he will be accompanying your wife, and your wife has your consent to travel.
You need to send this original document to your wife before her appointment.
A notarized letter is required even if neither of the parents is not going to travel. It is mandatory so that they can be sure that the child is not being taken to some country without the consent of the other parent. So, it is mandatory.

They will do the Polish translation, get it signed in front of them, and give you a super cool file.
For this, they usually charge 25 PLN.

After it is notarized in Poland, is a soft copy sent to India and Will a printout be sufficient, or does the original need to be sent to India for VFS?
Answer: The Original document should be sent to India, and the same should be submitted in VFS. At the same time, scan the entire document and save a soft copy with you.
