What is the process to get an Indian Police clearance certificate in Poland?
Do we need to visit the Warsaw Indian embassy? Do we need any appointment?
Yes, you do need an appointment. See here https://www.indianembassywarsaw.gov.in/apt/appointment.php

Do we need to visit the Indian embassy on the appointment date & time and again at the certificate collection time? Will both be done on the same day, or do we need to wait?
On the same day, in the morning, they take an application, and the same day, in the evening, they issue the documents.
