3. Voter ID—This website won't open outside India. So, any address change or new ID application must be made before you travel abroad.

6. In the last three years, Children's Mark sheets with Physical Education details -- For children's Schooling.

7. Any pending surgeries/treatments, especially Dental-related ones.

9. Any Housing Loan. In some banks, one per cent interest is extra for NRIs. Documentation is also huge for NRIs. Housing loan insurance is Mandatory for NRIs in some Banks. The applicant and Co-applicant should be present in India for joint loans. If the spouse is not working, TDS can be refunded when you submit the ITR. An India CBIL report and an Abroad CBIL (equivalent report) are required. In Poland, it's a BIK report. For NRI home loans in India, you must give your blood relation a GPA (General Power of Attorney).
